Educators are the foundation of our ability to help clients.

Mission

To create a nation-wide team of educators that derive support and inspiration from each other.

To do this in a way that compensates them appropriate to their abilities and efforts.

Vision

Existing educators will be involved in the recruiting and interviewing of new educators so as to retain the sense of team and harmony.

We will have a team of diverse professional strengths and personal “quirks” so long as the above values are maintained.

We will have enough educators to meet the demand for classes in any worthwhile market but not so many as to have educators getting less classes than they were promised.

We will meet in person regionally at least twice per year and nationally once per year.

We will work hard to have a meaningful connection with fellow educators.

Educators will be involved in the testing of new products and marketing ideas. We will follow the concept that there are no stupid ideas and will strive to fail fast and often.

The secret is to prototype a new product or idea and test it in the real world.
