Extensions Today offers a 60-day warranty on our hair.
This warranty is from the date of purchase and will cover any manufacturing defect as long as it has been installed correctly by a Certified Extensions Today stylist.
All hair must be sent in and tested by Extensions Today before any determination about possible manufacturing defects can be made.
If the hair is found to be defective we will replace it at no charge.
Please call our office and notify us that you would like to return an order.
All returns must be authorized and returned to Extensions Today within 30 days of receiving the order.
A copy of the packing slip/invoice should be included in the return order.
All returned items must be in new condition and in original packaging. We cannot issue a credit for returned items that were altered or not in resalable condition.
All returns will be for store credit only. Store Credit will not have an expiration date and can be used at any time.
Unless the product is defective or wrong item was shipped, the salon/hairstylist is responsible for shipping charges to and from Extensions Today.
In case of exchange of an order, we will ship the new items after receiving and inspecting the original order.

Exchanges of your Hair Extensions order are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order ONLY if the items have not been opened, changed or tampered with.
